Meet your Coach
Sandra Bertalanffy
Blending the academic excellence in business of Germany’s Harvard (Mannheim University ‘09) with the artistic depth of The Ivy League of Acting Training (Strasberg ‘12 & Adler ‘15), Sandra combines strategy, psychology, and presence in her coaching practice. She is dedicated to helping leaders and visionaries forge new pathways, challenge fixed ideas, and breathe fresh energy into stagnant environments.
“I dance between the worlds of business and art, between the numbers and the mystical - a potent and inclusive combination as I find.”
- Sandra Bertalanffy, Founder Crack the Cocoon®
From boardrooms to Broadway—now coaching leaders to own the spotlight.
Sandra’s path wasn’t linear—but every step shaped the coach she is today.
She began her career as a business consultant after earning her Master’s degree from Mannheim University ('09). She joined GfK, where she specialized in brand and communication research. But data and strategy alone weren’t enough—something deeper was calling.
That curiosity pulled her to Los Angeles and New York City, where she spent years immersed in performance and visual art. She trained at The Lee Strasberg Theater & Film Institute (‘12) and The Stella Adler Studio of Acting (‘15), performed Off-Broadway, shared the screen with Mark Dacascos (John Wick 3), and interviewed the Russo Brothers (directors of Marvel films) live for Variety Magazine. Her solo exhibition of abstract art in Manhattan, supported by the German Consulate General, added yet another layer to her exploration of human expression.
What began as artistic exploration became the missing piece:
A deep understanding of how to move people—with truth.
Sandra’s coaching is not about acting. It’s about alignment.
She helps leaders speak from the center of who they are—clear, grounded, and compelling.
She is a certified Symbolon® Coach for art-based leadership development and a bridge between worlds: business and art, intellect and emotion, data and presence.
This is the work she lives for—when a client finds their voice, feels it in their body, and knows they’ve just left a mark.
That’s not a trick.
That’s transformation.
